A Veterans Day ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Nov. 11 in the Rice Memorial Center Courtyard. Keynote speaker is Col. Daniel Ragsdale, a Presidential Visiting Fellow. A university employee who has served in the armed forces will be recognized and all veterans will be honored. |
