We consider better than classical logarithmic stability in the continuation, inverse source and coefficient identification problems for elliptic equations with a parameter (wave number). We demonstrate better (Hoelder) stability when the wave number grows by giving some analytic and numerical evidence, emphasizing the most challenging and important case when (pseudo) convexity conditions on domains and operators are not satisfied.
