Houston, Texas, USA

This presentation will focus on the following aspects of analysis and design (optimization and inverse) of micro heat exchangers dealing with heat fluxes greater than 1 kW cm-2. Multi-objective design optimization of branching, multi-floor, counterflow micro heat exchangers;multi-floor networks of straight-through counterflow liquid cooled microchannels; and thermo-fluid-stress analysis in microchannels cooling of electronics with hot spots.
