Lecture by Dr. Andrea Isella: 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm in BRK 103 (rain or shine) - "How do planets form? How did we get here?"
Observation (if clear): 7:00 pm to 9:30pm in 4th floor observatory
There will by viewing through the telescopes on the 4th floor observing deck of Brockman Hall, hosted by Dr. Christopher Johns-Krull. Weather permitting the dome will be open to give views of Venus and Mars, the Moon, the Orion Nebula, and more.
The talk by Dr. Isella will not be affected if the weather is poor, so come out for the public lecture and stay for the observing if conditions permit.
