Shepherd School Chamber Music Festival: Spotlight on Eastern Europe
From morning to evening for an entire day, music of Eastern Europe performed by students of the Shepherd School: Dvorák - Quintet in A Major for Piano, Two Violins, Viola, and Cello, Op. 81; Prokofiev - Quintet in G Minor for Oboe, Clarinet, Violin, Viola, and Double Bass, Op. 39; Smetana - Trio in G Minor for Piano, Violin, and Cello, Op. 15; Shostakovich - Trio No. 2 in E Minor for Piano, Violin, and Cello, Op. 67; Bartók - String Quartet No. 3; Rózsa - String Quartet No. 1, Op. 22; Dvorák - String Quartet No. 10 in E-flat Major, Op. 51; Tchaikovsky - Trio in A Minor for Piano, Violin, and Cello, Op. 50; Arensky - String Quartet No. 1, Op. 11; Tchaikovsky - String Quartet No. 1 in D Major, Op. 11; Martinu - Madrigal Sonata for Flute, Violin, and Piano; Janácek - String Quartet No. 2 “Intimate Letters”; Shostakovich – String Quartet No. 8 in C Minor, Op. 110; and more.
